T’dah! My first ever newsletter has landed! I hope you enjoy this summary. I’ve enjoyed collating it.
I’ve been adding a daily gratitude post on my social stories. I hope you’ve enjoyed the little snippets of the simple things that make my heart sing! I hope they’ve encouraged you to reflect on your day too.
The highlight of my month was our first Meditation and Sound Bath Evening. Held in the Memorial Hall on 15th, 20 people joined myself and Guy from Hands on Therapy for 90 minutes of pure relaxation. It was a beautiful experience to see all attendees embrace our experiences. Here’s some feedback from the night:
“I felt very chilled and had a peaceful sleep, so all good 👍🏼 I even felt quite energised today too. I’ve also been spreading the word about how perfect the evening was 😊”
“I release what no longer serves me. I welcome new beginnings with an open heart.”

Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage – £55
Ayurvedic from “Ayurveda” a traditional Indian system of holistic health and wellness combining massage, yoga, energy healing and herbal remedies that has existed for over 5,000 years.
To maximise the relaxation, the treatment starts with a guided meditation, focusing on the seven chakras of energy; inviting you to free yourself of stress and to focus on being present in the moment.
Moving onto the massage, in a seated position, you receive a variety of massage techniques and pressures on your upper back, neck, scalp, upper arms, chest and face.
Expect to feel….
🌹Your muscle tension will melt away.
🌹Your mind, free of worry.
🌹Your neck, elongated.
🌹Your face, frown free.
🌹Your head and scalp will feel alive, yet relaxed.
Starting with my absolute favourite, Neroli.
Extracted from the delicate petals of the bitter orange blossom (Seville Marmalade Orange), the oil has a beautiful sweet, floral and perfume aroma.
Neroli’s primary therapeutic use is to calm anxieties or high nervous energy. The secondary and very effective use is for insomnia as the oil is a great sedative. Whilst lavender is effective in to helping you to nod off, Neroli is best for helping you to stay asleep – I use Neroli regularly for clients with insomnia and it works a treat! I also have a wonderful sleep when I’ve used it in treatments too!
Other therapeutic uses for Neroli include skin care as it’s wonderful at repairing and rejuvenating the skin.
Neroli is available in all aromatherapy treatments as well as ordering to use at home.
