Originally from Birmingham, my husband and I moved to Gnosall in 2016 to raise a family.
It was of no surprise that we struggled to conceive and suffered the heartbreak of miscarriages as “women’s problems” run through the generations of my family. I was told that my fertility was very poor and that my only realistic hope to have a baby was IVF. We reluctantly agreed to one round of IVF, but I was also keen to explore other non-invasive options and I’d always been interested in natural alternatives.
I connected with natural therapists, read lots of interesting research, made radical changes to my nutrition and I embraced natural alternatives. I thoroughly enjoyed the experience and I felt healthier, grounded and more empowered than ever before.
I changed my diet, skincare and beauty regime to prioritise organic and naturally made produce and products wherever possible. In non-organic or mass grown / produced items, it is widely known that harmful pesticides, antibiotics, hormones and other unwanted chemicals enter the food chain or end products which is very damaging to fertility and general health.
